As adult helpers pay the same as students, they are encouraged to take the same amount of produce as students as it is paid for. There is no charge for teachers (at a 20:1 ratio) or the tour produce they take from the farm. If additional produce is picked by tour participants, regular farm prices apply. To confirm booking, a $30.00 deposit is required at time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, an alternate tour date must be booked or the deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment is due at time of farm arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque (a blank cheque is suggested as the number of participants often changes). Please make cheque payable to Andrews Scenic Acres. The minimum charge is $90.00 for small classes. There are no taxes as we only charge for the produce.
 

Note:  Please, please, encourage students to dress for the weather because they are visiting a real farm. Particularly keep in mind that late October weather can be very cold and wet. If your class prefers a less hectic time, we have fewer bookings in May, July, August and September.
Afternoons are also much quieter.
